1of4
If we're to believe the last statement made by the administrators, any prospective buyer should now have registered their bid. Now we have the wait while the administrators decide if any bid is acceptable or if its liquidation. So once a decision is reached whatever the outcome, how much longer can, will the administrators stretched out the drum roll before the big reveal. Dean (hick) Saunders
There is no such thing as a bid so low that we get liquidated, only a bid so low we get -15 points. Who on gods green earth would turn down a £20-30m bid as they would “prefer” to go down the liquidation route. Im as pissed of on whole thing as the gloomiest but even I can’t see why this could happen. cstand, therealhantsram, Adslegend and 3 others

For Derby they feel that. - we blame everyone and not ourself…….no we blame Mel - we supported him when he was being a ****…….. yes we were misled , we did ask the question but he told some porkies - we have got away with murder with the EFL…..really..we got the points we deserved ( although Reading were treated a little nicer), what more do you want - we should not play Belick as we have not paid for him….tosh, we could not sell him he was injured and why do you think that. - the stadium sale was illegal…no, it was higher than I thought it was worth but have a look at other things going on. - It is ok for BCFC and others to take possible future income from transfers as part 0f a covid reduction…….and you have an issue with amortisation, do you really think that’s fair? - BCFC will never go over FFP, umm you might even with the overly kind covid allowance like this site their are good and bad on the BCFC site but they need to focus on themselves rather than other clubs David Graham Brown

CocuBarmyArmy
The whole thing about us definitely folding at the end of the season is one of the worst takes I’ve seen in a while. If the club is to be liquidated, it would be liquidated tomorrow. The admins won’t keep us open just to finish the season whilst we are losing money, as doing so is simply taking cash out of creditors pockets for no reason, they’ll just liquidate us as soon as there is no chance of saving the club. As for Bristol, they are in a very similar position to us in 2016. Even the EFL changing the rules mid season likely won’t help them a great deal. It’s funny that they seem to have incredible foresight when it comes to Derby, yet they are slowly spiralling and they haven’t even realised yet! At least we were lied to, their truth lies in the latest set of accounts. Of course there is, it is not only a case of meeting creditor requirements (or not as the case may be) they also have to show the administrators their plans going forward. As i said earlier the administrators are not going to sell the club to see it back in administration in 12 months time. It is not about whether we get a - 15 point deduction or not, that is nothing to do with the administrators. It is all about what they offer and the plan for the club to survive.
