You saw this a bunch last year wher the following pattern occured Sibley plays well -> Sibley has a bit of an off game (often out of position) -> Sibley to the bench for the next 10 games. Plays well against Brum, does ok against Sheff Weds, dropped out of sight. Changes the game against Brentford, quiet played up front against stoke, dropped out of sight. Whereas alternatively other players were allowed the pleasure of playing through bad patches no matter how bad their form got.
