 This.  👍

There were a thousand questions at the time, but a million answers.
We were all made fully aware of the (numerous) options at the time, given all the info, and were all made aware of the consequences of our decisions, including those relating to long term/continuous renewals.

The club did all that it could under the circumstances, imo.

It's a shame for @Rambam... and I ain't here to gloat... but it ain't unfair.  Any "loyalty bonus" was dished out at the time... by Mel.

I'd imagine (wild guess!) that Mr Clowes renewed at the time, kept his ST loyalty bonus, then ended up forking out to buy the whole bloody lot a couple of seasons down the line anyway!  I don't think it's fair to ask him to show any further goodwill, particularly pertaining to before he was king!

I’d have a darned sight more than 5(4) seasons loyalty if not for the fact I was selling the club programmes for 20 years up until the end of 2018/ 2019.

But that doesn’t count for anything of course, especially as it was for the most part contracted out.

I think a few will be thinking like you, you know what B4 would be saying

If you don't renew you'll probably find within a season or two you hardly go.   Match tickets for decent games are expensive and you end up sitting away from whoever you normally go with - and you just find different things to do on a Saturday.

I don't think anyone is doubting your long standing loyalty to the club but the discount is, and always has been, designed specifically at people that have purchased a season tickets for a certain number of consecutive years. Like @Mucker1884, I don't mean to come across as smug but it does seem fair.

p.s: what do you mean "for the most part contracted out"? What/who was contracted out of what?

Yep I do know what he’d be saying!

I’m sure when it comes down to it I’ll end up renewing but right now it’s not that 100% yes that I’ve had every other season.

every time we log in to renew, it sends me to the edit profile section to add a title gender and city. and its changed my address back to an old one, I know its been right at some point this season as we've had tickets delivered to the new address. anyone else getting this?

Maybe you've got your gender wrong madam?

I'm in that period where I've had to retire, health reasons, but am not old enough for concessions. Early sixties. I'll probably renew but will have to move seats and the grand kids will just have to do without. 🐏

2 and 3, bit young for all that, if I look away for 10 seconds one of them would be on the pitch

I was suggesting that by the time you've learnt how to drive they be old enough to take...or play

Yep that's me 👍, Price of tickets on a match by match basis are somewhat out of kilter, £16 for Wigan, £18 for Wycombe and £22 for Port Vale all NE Corner as concessions 🤷‍♂️

We will be renewing but I find it interesting that the club is still not selling new season tickets for our block and the one above in the East stand. Whatever issue they were having with standing has sorted itself out but with so many empty seats there the atmosphere from that side of the home fans next to the away fans has really suffered.
