DCFC1388
I do feel like now the season is done and the Alonso deal appears over the club/Mel should come out with a statement to say the Alonso deal is actually off and whether or not administration is a possibility or if he is still willing to fund us until a sale goes through including funding the rebuilding of the squad this summer jimtastic56 and r_wilcockson 1

uttoxram75
Its all bollux. The only debt is what Mel decides is debt. Mel could demand a few million or he could let some one take over for nowt. Andicis
Our fans can ignore the article all they like, it has a direct quote from Mel. If it's to others, that's a wider problem which threatens the future of the club.
Barney1991
He’s right on administration as well. These debts are not directly linked to the club so they will not wipe them away.

Back in the early 80's we hadn't paid the tax on players wages. My gut says in the modern age you'd know if that was the case though. It's not done on annual basis like it used to be on manual P35. Computerisation would show such an issue on a monthly basis.

Surely not. Derby don't have a wage bill in excess of 50 million. They would need to be 2 years, probably a bit more behind with their tax at that rate. So no - on both counts.
