In respect of their costs only £300,000 of the winner's costs can be loaded onto the loser. Don't forget that Colleen offered Vardy a 'drop hands agreement' to walk away and pay their own legal costs before the trial began and the Thicko turned her down. She must have known she was going to get hammered in the box after all of the pre-trial disclosure that was reported in the media. The only people who are going to make anything out of this are the lawyers as is so often the case. I can't see an appeal if Vardy loses, even she must have learned a lesson by now. The Rooneys will recover their costs from Netflix whose production team have been following them around all week. It's truly amazing to see her take someone to court because she's unhappy that Coleen made her look bad, and then have the court case make her look even worse.
