Maybe the tunnels will be rebuilt during the settlement phase. Like the ones Israelis built under Al Shifa. Or maybe Hamas will stop using such disgusting guerrilla tactics and fight back using their Navy and Air Force. It’s hard to say what will happen isn’t it? We don’t know if the tunnel infrastructure is even significantly damaged because we’ve not really seen as much of it claimed of the “vast network to rival London Underground”. Obviously there was that one that went through a graveyard that had to be bombed. Well, when I say it went through a graveyard I obviously meant what the IDF said and not what the Satellite image showed. You know, cus they were different? But we instinctively believe Israel. Again. And again. And again.

I did think Trumps ego potentially might lead to a break in the bombardment I can see it now…. The settlement of Elon was founded in 2027 and was named after tech genius and philanthropist Elon Musk in honour of his work to rebuild parts of Northern Gaza that were destroyed in the Israeli counter offensive on the terror group Hamas. Musk offered to donate $400m initially after President Trump secured peace in the region. Plans for further investment are in talks which will include a 30ft Memorial dedicated to the hostages seized by Hamas on October 7th 2023 which resulted in almost two years of bloody conflict. The town could also see significant investment after plans by the Israeli government to expand their operations within the Levant Gas Basin. I’m not a betting man but if PaddyPower would give me the odds on that…

And the ability to drone strike an ambulance that had to get clearance from the IDF to rescue a “human shield” with an Israeli ID number that was surrounded by her dead family who were also targeted by a drone while travelling a designated route chosen by the IDF. I don’t hold out much hope that the democratically elected terrorists will hold long term peace with the fathers and sons of massacred civilians. Maybe just pause in the fighting while they consolidate in Syria. Or Lebanon. Or The West Bank. As for Gaza, I think we’ll finally see some restrictions lifted on drilling. Exciting job opportunities await for all those willing to live in ‘temporary’ settlements while ‘Gaza is rebuilt’. Takes ages to rebuild schools, libraries, Churches, Mosques, Museums and hospitals that were accidentally destroyed.

I dunno, he is a bit of a troubled fella.

I’ve been watching last seasons karting series on Samsung TV out of boredom. I do enjoy GT World but I’m not seeking out Scooter Endurance racing. did you see that there’s no Spa in F1 for 2028 and 2030. That better not be a sign of things to come?!!

They’re calling the Beterbiev v Bivol card the best card in history. Dubois v Parker is the Co main event. I can’t remember the other fights but it did look good to be fair. is Crawford v Canelo on then? That’s a bizarre fight considering Canelo has managed to bulk up for light heavyweight and now comes back down to meet Crawford somewhere. What the hell? The Canelo diet must be super secret. Gain a stone, lose a stone but still perform? Who’s is nutrition coach, David Blaine? I’ll join you in supporting TC but it stinks, that fight. I really can’t get hyped about Fury v Joshua in the summer either. They keep floating it but it’s just two men in decline fighting 5 years too late because they’re trapped. I’d watch but it’s lost it’s status Eubank v Benn I’m on board for though. I find it hard to imagine that there’s many boxing fans out there that doesn’t strongly dislike at least one of them. Odd bits - Wilder is coming back and Badou Jack’s manager talking about an Usyk fight. Meh

We always threaten to leave. It started off as genuinely wanting to leave and them begging and throwing offers. now we just threaten to leave and don’t care if they take us seriously or not. If they don’t offer a deal then we’ll leave and watch streaming services without s*** adverts I swear we only watch what’s on the basic channels anyway. The occasional big HBO show on Sky Atlantic that I could easily get illegally. vehicle insurance is the same

I tried Carry-On. Paint by numbers story and I couldn’t get over how elaborate the terrorist plot was. It bothered me the whole way through! The lengths they were prepared to go to smuggle a package on a plane was like some Austin Powers level of villainy and intelligence. It annoyed me right from the start to be honest. Of course he sleeps on his back with her in his arms. Of course she’s pregnant. Of course you’re going to tell us in a less than subtle way that he wants more out of life. How is he late for work when he just dragged his feet for his whole commute and woke up on time? probably didn't help I was expecting a bit of thriller like Phone Booth or The Guilty. The set up and then the action didn’t match. So in the end I didn’t like it. 3/10

I do think people across social media are leaning too heavy into punch stats though. You’d kill off the styles that walk people down and we’d end up with Olympic style point scoring. Judging is corrupt. Why are there huge gaps between ending a fight and scores being read? Why can’t we have LIVE judges cards? Even on the night we saw Fisher beat Allen despite only winning a max 5 rounds, being knocked down and losing on punch stats. Effective punching is going to score in peoples minds waaaay more than a tappy glancing counter punch in response to head jolting straight right hand. I think Frank Warren is unhappy with the result as it makes it look like a wipeout but I think every single round except one (maybe 6 or 7?) was competitive. Usyk knows how important it is to work in the last minute and Fury’s corner should have told Tyson to be wise to that. I’ve no doubt Usyk stole at least one round by winning 1/3 minutes. Usyk just seems to be able to dig deep and pull up energy from somewhere to give him a burst. He must be built for 15/20 rounds at his natural pace. Sending Dubois in at the end was awful. So we had AJ throwing the belts and now Warren crying with Dubois jumping in for a confrontation. Show some respect, man. He’s the greatest fighter of his era and just finished proving it. Besides, Dubois has Parker on the undercard of Beterbiev v Bivol 2. Parker is going to cause him a lot of problems with the form he’s in. Hearn can stfu too. Ducking Dubois was lame. Joshua should have gone for that belt. Instead they’re having a battle of losers?

I see he went with the sunglasses indoors look. Is his next role Ray Charles?

I had Usyk by 2. Punch stats are obviously only part of it because this isn’t Olympic point scoring. On the face of it I do think the scores are too wide because they don’t reflect the close nature of the rounds. I also had Fury winning at least one of the later rounds but I was so into it I can’t remember. I just remember the round was 2 minutes of Fury in control (yeah he was getting tapped at but he was trying to walk Usyk down as Usyk looked to be tiring. Then Usyk finished the last 50 seconds by digging deep. And I think that’s how the scoring went wide. The rounds Fury won had moments when Usyk would put something together. Usually late on of course. The rounds Usyk won were a little more convincing. There was one round which Fury almost took no part in. Fisher v Allen I saw coming from a mile away. So predictable

To be honest this HMO craze we’ve been going through for a few years is making everywhere an extortionate price. Stairs for £1,000? An air raid shelter with no windows, one entry/exit, houses with multiple ovens, microwaves etc how does this comply with fire regs?! They’re all over East Miss too. Keep getting offers to work on them. 3 bed semi becomes 6 apartments for £600 pcm per room. “Shared parking” I just love the level of scumbag you have to achieve to dare put some of these up. Honestly, a stairwell…. A duplex apartment
