Surely, they should not have allowed this to happen. The most annoying thing of all is the time that has been wasted. We are now really up against it. I still think it has something to do with Rooney and his agent, Rooney may have known him from his time in the US and Rooneys agent convincing him to buy the club and make a name for himself in the UK (in a positive way) with Rooney among others being silent backers. I can't see any other way the club would have come to his attention. CK just the name above the door and Rooney doing a "Salford" with Derby,hence the offer so we don't start on a points deduction and a level playing field. When Kirchner got to the first deadline and he couldn’t complete they should of told him to do one and not let it drag on. Feeling worried for our club now. Hope someone comes in soon.
