Yes we can all say it would have been even better if we'd got a player for this position or that position but we're still under certain restrictions so maybe our hands are still tied to an extent. Plays good football, has a reputation for developing youth, promotes good character, has ten ti mes the tactical knowledge of Warne and has shown that he knows what it takes to lead a 'fallen giant' out of league one without massive compromises to the above.
