I think it’s more of a lack of confidence in front of goal. We don’t have that killer instinct up top and I’d be looking at Cole Stockton from Morcombe.

I’ve heard Stockton mentioned a few times. God knows why, his record is bang average apart from last season and he’s in his late 20s. I’d rather have Collins. Plus, he’d require a fee which we can’t pay.

Been watching the Rams since 1970. Seen Managers come and go , some great plenty mediocre. I think we may just have a gem in young Liam I’m pleased with the work he is doing and think he has a fine future in the game hopefully taking the Rams back up the leagues.

When people call him Rosie,  it reminds me of a song from the 60s, Rosie by Don Partridge who lived in Ashbourne for a time. Perhaps somebody like Inverurie could put it on here.. who knows with a change of words could make a chant of our own.

I think he's doing a good job and there certainly shouldn't be a talk of replacing him but, I wouldn't yet describe it as a "fantastic" job.
