I hope we don't build him up too much as the next  'Messiah' whose coming is going to save our season and some how propel us to new heights.

Have the EFL now officially promoted us to the Prem but then relegated us again? I very much doubt we currently owe £8m unless there were no add-ons.

Given the rumoured potential total of £10m, it suggests £500k payments twice per season (£5m guaranteed over 5 years). I would then guess at something like £2m on promotion and the other £3m based on appearances.
