So in reality with our current circumstances, the window isn't that much of a restriction as we're only going for frees and loans anyway. Likes of Andy Carroll being a free agent can wait? Yes, that's correct, we only really need to tie up loans today. Free agents can be signed up at any time, maybe after today, they'll be more amenable to a lower wage.
