No!, A good goalkeeper will do his job, A bad one will cost you, Neither a Roos fan or a Lawrence fan, One who thinks he's good and the other who doesn't think.

Take the Captaincy off Lawrence, Give it to Davis, Were paying wages for a keeper that's better imo than KR but has been frozen out, It's very early days, But the picture I saw last night was a team not equiped for a physical fight in this division, Our only hope is that there are 3 teams who don't get as many points as us after 46 games.

No not at all, but you look at the squad we are a physically lightweight squad, even more so without CKR,Beilek, and Forsyth, I we have struggled for years  against the likes of Stoke,Brum etc, it’s a shame really because I think we have some technically good players.

It is worth noting the foul comoetition, which Birmingham one comfortably, even though loads if their fouls weren’t even included in the count. But we managed to snatch the most yellow cards, though! And that is the pattern for most matches, going back several seasons.

Bur we ended up losing because if our “Barca at the back” fixation. Bowyer spotted it and adapted the team to take advantage. We didn't adapt, to our cost.

But you have focused on only two incidents that went against us that you think may have changed the game. Not much difference between 1 and 2.

With a team like ours with no cutting edge you can’t gift teams goals. Also, if we want to play wing backs we need 3 centre halves…..

I am not sure they made the difference, to be honest. Hogan and Jutkiewicz are fairly average for this level and Deeney only had a cameo.

If anything, the pace and directness of players like Chong and Bela was probably more telling.

It was a poor game with little quality on show.

Our defending and lack of organisation let us down. You can’t give away the kind of goals we do and expect to be competitive.

Look at the first goal, as an example. Hogan was completely unmarked and uncontested. He couldn’t miss. He is not going to score an easier goal all season. 

The fact we have Baldock, Stretton and Kazim as our forwards comes down to historically poor decision making at the club.

But the lack of goal threat comes from poor tactics which don’t maximise our threat, a lack of team balance, and also having inconsistent players in key positions - the type who can frustrate far more than they excite.

No cos we dont have the players to play like birmingham.. we both know this its obvious

honestly though theres ways of playing isnt there … birmingham looked to hit jukes at all times with hogan ready to sniff a flick on

we can still look to play in behind and into the channels without having to try and commit football suicide first

i realose u need to draw them out to get in behind but look at that second goal, we could have just put it down the line into the channel with either of the two mobile forwards to chase down and get us up the pitch but we elect to go short into feet when it was never on …. The rest was/ is history

and no i didnt see brum gift wrapping us chances to score by over playing

We lost as a result of Karmic forces. Birmingham City employ a soothsayer called Don Rivel, whose job is to detect negative energies that are directed at the club and fans. Like us at the Baseball Ground, St Andrews has long been cursed. Don had a spiral from the East and acted accordingly. Zen relayed to him the news that Derby County fans were describing Brummies as Yam Yams. Don, in turn passed this information on to the Blues players pre match. Furious at the regionally inaccurate description, the team came out all guns blazing and put the hapless Rams to sword, like lambs to the slaughter.

They weren't miles better than us, we were controlling the play in the first 20 minutes admittedly without hurting them much until they rumbled our tactic of playing it around the back and we decided to gift them a free goal. 

After that they didn't really need to carve us open as we had zero attacking penetration and were happy to rely on bombing long throws into our box or harrasing us into making mistakes when we faffed around at the back with the ball.

As another poster has said if we hadn't have gifted two goals then we probably would have escaped with a nil nil but we all know about ifs.

Apart from the fact Yams Yams are Black Country, not Birmingham, I am shocked that any group of players would be ‘shocked’ that rival fans had cast aspersions.

Agree with the first part completely. 

But think Rooney is massively benefitting from goodwill for having such a lot of stuff going on in the background. Result wise it's pretty average at best and including the end of last season absolutely terrible.

people talk about style but you can only work with what you have got.

Our squad is shocking, we are bringing on players that should be playing youth football expecting them to make a difference at this level. it is a pipe dream.

i dread to think about the upcoming winter period where we play lots of games and injuries will hit
