BPV
Typical Forest fashion that. Couldn’t have been promoted without being dragged up by horrendous officiating. Huddersfield Town have been disgracefully robbed.

Andicis
Surely, one of the most important parts of being a referee is being able to keep up with play? John Moss has been terrible at that for years, should never have been put in charge of a big match. Carnero

ScubaRam
Ah, fair play to them. It'll be a long week at work, but we wasn't going to be in their division anyway. Rev
Jayram
Only the Red Dogs could win via an own goal and get away with two stonewall pens. Still they’ll be back in the Championship this time next season and hopefully we’ll be back there to play them. Fair play to Cooper though, what a manager. TuffLuff
Meh, congrats to those Forest fans who come in here. Enjoy it and enjoy the East Midlands Today Forest collective going absolutely crazy for you. Sure they won’t look on here to see what we think about VAR for a couple of days but still! LittleEatonRam
How on earth Huddersfield finished 3rd is a mystery. They offered absolutely nothing. Rammy03
GenBr
Congratulations to them. They werent going to be in our league either way so they cease to exist to me. Only follow Derby and the league they are in, so dont really follow any other football
DerbyRam!
All we can hope for the notts now is a similar journey... We also didnt do well the season before we went up under Billy. Notts finished just outside the relegation zone last season right? We scrapped through a playoff final we didn't really deserve to win against WBA. Hope they now lose brennan still. And recruit poorly with the money they get. Hopefully they dont start great, get rid of cooper and I hope the only manager left available is the paul Jewell! mrdave85
Stopped being bothered when we were relegated, I don’t particularly care when we’re in different leagues. They’ll get relegated, we’ll hopefully get promoted, until then… Zag zig, GenBr and Ewe Ram

Bris Vegas
When we won at Wembley, Forest lost to Yeovil in League One. But a year later we were back in the same league. It was hilarious then, it’s disappointing now. But next summer we will both be wondering when the East Midlands derby dates will be upon the Championship fixture release. And if it’s anything like 2007/08, we will have the more enjoyable season next year anyway as Forest and Bournemouth battle it out for last place. Tyler Durden
Guess the moderators are going to have a busy evening now with all the inevitable gloaters coming on here. Didn't watch the game but knew they'd won when some peckerhead started letting off fireworks down the street from me. Ah well I'm not in the parish for the next week so hopefully that will provide some brain bleach for today. Crewton and Red_Dawn 1
Jason B
Can't say any teams in the play-offs have been particularly impressive. It says a lot how Watford and Norwich got promotion relatively comfortably last season and have been relegated by a distance this year. Brentford last year were certainly far better in the play-off final than Forest and have done well since promotion. Will be interesting to see if Steve Cooper can last a full season in the Premier League if things starts going wrong early on. We can only hope they beat our lowest points total!
