they were never going to overturn a Moss decision.

Terrible refereeing for both penalties. At least he will get plenty of tips tonight when he drives the Forest team bus back to Nottinham. He was good in Culture Club though.

Will be interesting to see how they get on, 4 of their starting 11 are on loan, similar to us in 2019. What I don’t get about VAR is why they don’t check everything, surely the second a player goes down someone at Stockly Park can watch a quick replay to decide if further investigation is needed. Didn’t think the 1st one was a pen but the second is clear as day.

The playoff finals are notoriously woeful spectacles. A moment of class or luck decides them. They had luck all the way, sadly.

Jon Moss being put in charge of a game of that magnitude is baffling. Completely ballsed up twice AND with VAR!

That just wrecked the week now

Well done to Forest. They had to get it right eventually with a decent squad & just their luck to pick up a very good coach. No idea how they do in the Prem & don't really care.

It does somewhat put the absolute seal on 2021-22 that the final moment is Rick Parry giving the playoff trophy to Forest's captain at Wembley. Meanwhile we were officially demoted at the home of FFP cheats QPR despite being good enough to stay up on playing performance alone.

Remember this. Our vengenance will be sweet when the time comes. COYR

How can freaking worse bloody hate forest makes me pig sick.

They cant even sell out.

Forest easily sold out at Wembley and had much higher attendances than us this season.

Can think of a 140 million reasons why I'd rather be in their shoes if even we do meet up in the Championship the season after next

£200 + mill by time the parachute payments are done with. Even if they f*** it up they'll still have a huge advantage if we ever play each other again.

Jon Moss being given a last hurrah for such an high stakes game, is about as baffling as his decision making logic. VAR was woeful too but not as woeful as Huddersfield, they might have deserved to be in the final, but you make your own luck; their sum total of efforts on goal didn’t deserve any luck.

As for Forest, they always looked most likely going up out of the play off contenders. Aside from the banter, I feel a so what, they’ll likely struggle next year but the benefit of getting to the Prem is banking the cash; let’s see how wise they are with their windfall.

Ugly man will probably be gone before the end of next season, the fat Greek won’t hesitate to sack him to try and keep Forest up, that will probably be his first mistake. Just hypothetically musing here, but can see it happening.

Congratulations to Forest. Very similar to how we did made it in 2007. Seemed written in the stars.

I will actually enjoy seeing how they do next season. Let’s be honest, Huddersfield would have been an awful addition. At least Forest adds something different to the Premier League.

Steve Cooper deserves it too. Unlucky twice with Swansea and can’t deny he has been excellent with Forest.

Your on the wrong forum mate.

They dont even freaking desevse it

If you cast your mind back they were a whisker away from getting automatic promotion - they needed to beat Bournemouth away to overhaul them, instead Bournemouth won and that then sealed their promotion.

So you can't say Forest don't deserve anything. They've been in the Top 6 on merit.

Best thing you can do is hope that the new owner has learned from the total balls up Morris has made from running the club, apply those learnings and come back bigger and stronger.

They'd be hard pushed not to improve on Morris' running of the club so anything from now on has to be a positive.
