Kemars on 26k at Rangers, Lawrence was on 27k at Derby.

A loan signing, can see that as possible.

Concerns raised by Rangers fans about Kemars injury record, so they are happy to see him leave.

You've seen both clubs accounts then? You know that's their wage? Are you able to confirm those figures? I seem to be smelling a little bit of pooh old chap.

That website is wildly inaccurate. For reference, it has the Rangers wage bill at £20m but it's more than double that around £47m. First team wage is around £33-34m.

And it lists players that never actually played for us. Some joker puts some stuff on a webpage and people believe it... this internet malarky will never catch-on...

Hm ... maybe not the best of sources on a per player basis.

What we know as fact ...

https://www.derbytelegraph.co.uk/sport/football/derby-county-chris-kirchner-takeover-7197303

Kirchner paid one months wages for the club, a total of 1.6 million. 12 times 1.6 million = 19.2 million a year.

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-10214817/Derby-willing-let-highest-earner-Tom-Lawrence-leave-free-transfer-January.html

Derby are willing to let £37,000-a-week highest earner Tom Lawrence, leave for free in January.

A slightly old article, but i agree to accept the word of a national newspaper on this.

£19.2 million included employer NI and includes wages for all staff. Our player wage bill for 2021/22 was £12 m according to Daily Mail. That would have included part years for Marshall , shinnie, Jozwiak, jags, baldock, Williams and a few others all who left before the season ended.

so our player wage bill at end of season was probably only around £10m. Since dropped a lot .. Lawrence on very high wages and even Roos and Fozzy on high wages too.
