I can’t wait for in about 2 years when everyone pauses for a second and remembers that time many of us thought a man who worked as a shop assistant at bed, bath and beyond about 7 years ago and had extremely sexist, homophobic whatever else tweets, was going to buy the club. ??? IMO, he has known for a while that he wasn't going to complete. Whether that be a financial problem or he simply changed his mind, who knows. Some pages ago someone suggested he’s a front for others. If he was, then even if he was himself in for half the deal, he would need to prove where he got the balance of the funds And if the shadow investors wanted anonymity, he wouldn’t be able to do that.
