If Plange isn't transferred to Palace or anyone else, in my view he has the potential to become the best goalscorer that we have had since Chris Martin.

(Let's see the mods split that sentence into three and merge with other threads on Transfers, ex-Rams and current Derby players ?)

Split my arse.

Disappointing to lose him if he goes, but a million quid and a loan back is ok.

it also puts the academy process in a good light in some ways with parents seeing a clear pathway for players who have been ejected by other clubs coming to Derby, improving and then getting moves to the premier league.

Is that for bad behaviour or rejected for not impressing??

EFL are a joke and make things up as they go along but at least we're still keeping a vital player in our fight against relegation

The smug little sods, They'll be telling Percy, Nixon and Maguire that they have always been looking after DCFCs interests, And this is how it should be with one of our members being in trouble.

All after re writing the rules of course.

What's the difference between us re-signing Plange on a short term deal from Palace, and re-signing Jagielka on a short term deal?

Where is the consistency EFL !?

None.  Unless Palace have shown them some premier league regulation and they've poo themselves as usual when it comes to their paymaster.

What's irritating is that it's taken the EFL a couple of days at most to decide that this is allowed, but they've still made no decision on the status of Middlesbrough and Wycombe's claims, especially when the latter would provide far more relief for the situation we're in than the money we'll get from Palace.
