RamLad1884
Kirchner will likely have the least liquid funds, least footballing links and least knowledge of the current bidders from the information we have so far. It's likely he realises this and wants to hammer a deal through before the other parties step up their interest (if at all). If you get the likes of Appleby/Rush/Moxey etc getting serious their links to existing footballing infrastructure will be more valuable than any money can add. sage and Ram-Alf

Appleby/rush/moxey blandly led the club before. They were able to show a total lack of ambition for the club. There footballing links did not work out fantastically before, Derby were not known as the invincibles (reference one of Arsenal's former great teams) under their tenure. Maguire is a publicity grabbing public nuisance I don't know the exact status of Mel's Share Account in which that "debt" sits, but I have a feeling it's debt that only "falls due" when the party it's owed to says so. If it was ordinary debt, DCFC would have been effectively trading illegally for years. So I'm not sure that, if "called in" it would even fall under the "unsecured creditors" category. Anyone buying the club would only offer a nominal p/£ for it because the primary and secondary debt is so substantial. In a nutshell, I don't think the EFL would require that debt to be redeemed at the same rate as unsecured creditors.

Gerry Daly
I like the sound of Kerchner. He’s young and going places. He would be doing this on his own. For me that’s much preferable to an Appleby led consortium Pearl Ram, Woodley Ram and Kathcairns
