My gut feeling is that we are about to agree a deal with the EFL, which no doubt will include a small points deduction and recognition that we have been under an embargo that has reduced the penalty. I can't work out quite why...maybe with Mel in charge we get a 72 point deduction, but with a new owner we get 3. I wonder if that extra few days is to get the takeover concluded?
