Carl Sagan Posted August 17 Share Posted August 17 Tremendous start, very compact and finding our men. And then a fantastic goal from Kayden Jackson. Pressing from a Boro corner as we cleared, chasing the last defender down as the ball was played backwards. That defender tried to play it back to his keeper but didn't put enough on it. Kayden sprinted on. Got to the ball just inside the Boro half with a straight run clear on goal. Lots of time to think about it. To wonder what he was going to do. Took it round the keeper with aplomb and slid it into an empty net. First class finish. Meanwhile, Cashin is having treatment after being kicked in the head by another defender when making an important sliding tackle. Can he continue?
