Their last five results:

5-1 win vs Bristol Rovers

4-0 loss vs Ipswich

2-1 win vs Cheltenham

5-0 win vs Burton

2-0 win vs Accrington

On the 'current form' league table they're 3rd, just below us and Wednesday.

It seems more comfortable when comparing Home/Away stats, but we certainly need to be sharp for this one.

Agreed, they gave us a good game at their place helped by our penalty taking skills! On past form there should be goals, hopefully at the right end.

We will crush them. They have had some good results but only against the minnow clubs. When they came up against an equivalent side to ourselves they got tonked. We have improved since we played them. Nobody except the top 3 sides has anything like an even chance at Pride Park

Let's hope so, but I never take anything for granted being a Derby fan.

Obviously we shouldn’t underestimate them but their home/away form could hardly be more contrasting.

Last 5 home league games = won 4 drew 1. Last 5 away league games = lost 4 drew 1.

Their “current form” is seriously misleading as 4 out of their last 5 league games have been at home. So, to say they are 3rd best really counts for nothing (as does current form itself often).

Believe they've brought in Dan Crowley.  Wherever he goes, he plays the first 3 games like Maradona - then the rest like Eric Morecambe, so he should suit.  Hope he's at game number 4.

Remember Cowley playing against us for Birmingham he looked a real talent that day but like you say his career till now has been full of false promise.

They are in good form but let's be honest, any team serious about getting promoted from this division should be beating Morecambe at home.

We might not win,but we really should.

Talking to me mate at work today about this. We should win, but we will lose or draw games against teams we think we should be beating. We have to accept it and get behind the lads even more for the next game.

We could lose to Morecambe and win against Ipswich, Plymouth or Wendy......If we played well and lost I'd be happy because if we keep playing well we will keep winning but sometimes the gods and refs will conspire against us.

Don’t think he’ll start White. And I think it’ll be Smith, foz, Cashin, Roberts at the back. Apart from that, the fact it’s Morecambe home gives Warne chance to experiment a bit in Bird’s absence, so will be interesting to see the line up. Would like to see Knight deeper, Sibley in midfield and Hourihane playing more advanced than he was against PV.  Also possible Tommo might start ...? There’s many a manager’s master stroke that’s forced by injury not inspiration
