The Administration Thread

Agreed this is an absolute disgrace .

The EFL combined with Middlesboro and Wycombe and middlesboro have someone sitting on the efl panel are coming together to sink Derby .

The fact that boro and wycombe believe they have a case ( i can see their point ) but its not against Derby its against the EFL who didnt deal with Derby in the appropriate year . Their case is with and against the EFL not Derby as a club .

Surely someone on the Derby side has to go to the high court with this it cant be left to be judged by the efl who have their own self interests in this . One they are not going to admit that they themselves have done wrong and they have an interested party on their panel .

Its unbelievable and all the press seem to want to print is shock horror Derby , Rooney blah blah , when they should be concentrating on the real story here its totally and utterly shocking .

Could what the EFL are doing therefore be considered Contempt of Court as the administration order is a legal process granted by a court.

In theory yes.  I would like to see HMRC make a formal complaint that there not getting paid due to a fantasy creditor

So what’s next for us? Take legal action against the EFL to get them to reverse their position?

All costly and time consuming.

So many questions - are the competing bidders (interesting they say three, does that mean Ashley has bid, Appleby and still refers to kirchner as the third) happy to actually take on Boro and Wycombe legally in the future?

Thanks David.

That's as strongly worded a statement from the admin team as you could possible expect.

Anyone in any doubt about the source of our current problems  cannot be in any doubt now. Historic rooster ups by you know who of course  but the one thing that Morris  was absolutely bang on the money about is that the EFL are total duck jobs.

If they were, they could.

But if the Admin are confident they can secure funding to the end of the season then that's what we have to do. Unless Admin have the balls to stand up to the EFL, and as they have now (hurrah!) 'called out the EFL' on this that's a possibility.

Is there a scenario where Derby get a new owner and exit administration without the efls rubber stamp and then challenge any sanction?

I think if the subject of a 15 point deduction comes up then I hope the new owner challenges it and issues a counterclaim. Maybe the fans could join in too.
