I seem to recall that in the negotiations they were valuing the club at £50m in the Championship and £100m in the Premier. This was just four months after the QPR defeat at Wembley. Whoever buys it now they will not be getting the relative bargain that Morris did for a club on the verge of the Prem. They are paying to wipe out his debts and then have to refurbish the squad and academy, instead of inheriting a team with great potential. Morris is just playing selfish hardball to recover some of the cost of his own folly. It speaks volumes about his integrity, or rather lack of.
