There is a strong perception amongst fans that it is poor, with the EFL out to get Derby. And Why are we still under Embargo? As there is enough second guessing going on in the national press and on many other platforms, please if possible could you clarify the clubs position. However as the other party in this what could we have done differently both in our approach to P&S and in our dealings with the EFL to avoid this situation and would you do anything differently now in this regard? LeedsCityRam Posted August 2, 2021 Share Posted August 2, 2021 The perception from the majority of our fanbase is that the EFL are behaving in a vindictive & unreasonable manner with their petulantly worded statements, inconsistent interpretation of their own rules & the use of a transfer embargo to punish the club in the absence of more serious sanctions from the Disciplinary Commission If this interpretation is correct, why haven't the club sought temporary injunctive relief to compel the EFL to allow the club to make reasonable signings in preparation for the new season?
