BTW I'm sorry for your loss chaps. I had only just seen the posts about B4 on your main thread.

Wish my best to you all and his family.

I think I saw you speaking up for B4 perhaps on LTLF saying he was a true supporter who just had a little difficulty with words. It was in response to someone taking the piss. I really admired that.

You know what brings everyone down? Poor results and poor performances. Fix that problem and all the other ones go away. More of what we saw last night will see to that.

In the match thread you were the first person to come in sneering with a "oh won't the Warne out lot be annoyed" type post, like fans with legitimate concerns are somehow beneath you. You didn't engage with any counter points or debate, just deliberately provocative jabbing.

Some fans overstep the mark and that is unacceptable, but lumping everyone in the Warne out camp in to the same group is no more productive than those you seek to criticise.

I’ve no problem with you saying my comment was sneering or Barney calling me a bell end (very nice). As I said to him I’ve supported Derby for 55 years and seen these poor runs dozens of times. The Warne Outers have been vile IMO with personal and irrelevant attacks on how he looks, talks and dresses using any reason to get to him and it clearly has. They have moved on from legitimate concerns to a on line bullying and harassment. Last night needing someone else to attack they went back to Collins…..who’d have guessed.

  3. “ I want a new pony and I want it NOW”

This is how the Warne outers come over to me.
But the thing that really gets to me is the level of vitriol aimed at individuals both on and off the pitch. It brings everyone down, it undermines confidence and moral throughout the Club and amongst fans. It’s really demoralising. Even tonight there are still some chipping away mostly at Collins. Sad people.

  4. I really wonder what the Warne Outers actually want to happen.
Obviously most want Warne sacked. I think we know that means his “team of staff” will also have to go and all be paid off.
So then what? Appoint a rookie like eg Curtis Davies or experienced manager? (Like Warne ironically). How long a contract? Will we allow them to complete their contract? How soon do we “expect” promotion?
People keep clamouring for more change and yet “change” has hardly ever delivered results. We sacked Roy Mac and appointed TBE. that DID work but not before loads of fans wanted him sacked by September.
So now lease one of the vocal Warne outers WTF do you want to happen right now.

  5. Some (so called) supporters are verging on hysterical in their attempts to get Warne sacked. Will we never learn? How many times must we go down this road of appointing, losing patience, sacking a whole team of coaching staff at great expense to start the cycle off all again. If you can’t support the Club just 14 months after near extinction, even if in gratitude to David Clowes then frankly I think you should stay away (put politely)

I could see him walking if the ground starts erupting in 'you don't know what you're doing' chants or the 'paul warne, your football is s***' come out again.

Perhaps supporters should not do that then? We saved the Club with a show of unity and support. Clowes and his appointment Warne have been given about 15 months and tne pitchforks are out already. That minority of morons on Saturday abusing our Captain IMO do a lot of harm to morale and confidence.

We found him ladies and gentlemen. The one remaining pro Warne Derby fan.

Does this mean you are David Clowes himself?

I’m pro Warne. You speak for no one but yourself. Arrogant or what.

  8. Been supporting since 1968. Seen the lot from ecstasy to despair. This could be my last season ticket. Not because of Warne or Clowes or our current style of play but because of our toxic and frankly moronic minority of supporters who try to hound managers and players out of the club. ( I mean constantly hiring and firing managers has worked so well for us over the last 10 years)..if social media existed in 1995 Jim Smith would have been getting crucified. We were about 6 from bottom at this stage of his promotion season.

I'm starting to think Paul Warne is trying his hardest to ruin Derby County, maybe he is a man with a grudge.

That lineup is horrific, to drop Waghorn and Barkhuizen is laughable.

Seriously…that is what you think is it? That Paul Warne our manager is a man with a grudge trying to ruin us.
    seek help.

  10. What is the point of giving a manager and his team a 4 year contract and then sacking him after just one year and paying out all that compensation?
when will people get it in their heads that he WILL be given more time.
we all know that this constant moaning will disappear when results improve which they will as the squad injuries clear up.
constantly sacking managers from Nigel Clough onwards has been the problem not the solution

There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about Bloomers.

Shrewsbury wore T-shirts with his, and another supporters’ name on, when they celebrated that promotion.

Fantastic broadcaster, wonderful bloke. I miss him.

Well said and clearly from the heart. As a previous melanoma “survivor” I often think of his brave fight.

Nah, spend millions on an academy that produces small, technical, ball-playing midfielders, then appoint a manager who only wants to lump it forward and wants midfielders that just run around a lot.  Then when those players at at the lowest value they could be at, sell them for peanuts. It's the Derby way.

Not sure if you went last year, but that is not how they played at all. Of course there are some long balls, you get that even in the prem but was not all "Lump it forward"
