I've just been talking to my neighbour who has contacts at Birmingham and he says that Knight was at the Blues today, not the best news. I can't believe that a club with such uncertainty of ownership themselves, can be in a position to buy a player of Knight's quality.
If this is the case then Derby must have agreed a fee and given permission for him to talk to them. I have my doubts.

Will be amazed if we win this. 0 1 I’m afraid

As a mildly interesting story about white boots, my brother ordered a pair of white boots identical to the ones above from an advert in "Charlie Buchan's football monthly".....in the days of enclosing a postal order with your post. Weeks went by with no boots delivered and we got in touch with Derbyshire Trading standards, or "weights and measures" as they were known then. After much pestering by them, a pair of boots finally arrived BUT without the much in demand Hummel stripes....Trading standards took them to court on our behalf and my brother got the boots for free........they were still decent boots, but no stripes so just not "sold as advertised"
As hor Hinton...what a player. I think Hector also played a small number of games in white boots before Hinton but I may be wrong on that one.

Hughes from the daily fail is a sad excuse for a journalist. Clearly anti-Derby.
Isnt he a dog?

We are frequently quoted as having 5 or 7 players under contract. I believe from the 5 we have bird sibley knight and bielik but who is the fifth? Buchanan and Byrne the extended contracts?

Rosenior appointed as interim on official site.

Please get season tickets on sale asap. There is a crest of a wave to be ridden. £5m could be in the coffers within 10 days. An opportunity for supporters to show support and goodwill immediately would be great.

OR how about this, I know its a bit radical...but MAKE A BID

I'm sure we can all see the stupidity in this, in that Ashley could have spent the same amount in December and possibly kept us up......but the Boro issues torpedoed that. we won't forget Gibson.

Perhaps the Admins need to take an eBay approach with both bids and a "buy it now option" set at the CK level (or 25% in year 1)...only half in jest.

He'e expensive. Probably the reverse - as would bring more money in, reduce costs... and wouldn't have fans furious first choice taken was to allow him to depart.
Does anyone know for certain what Rooney is paid?? I rather suspect he is paid (or takes) a lot less than people think and certainly not the 90K figure often bandied around.

I wonder if the EFL ever question if their punishment of a Club and its supporters for the financial mismanagement of a previous owner is actually reasonable, particularly as it is possibly so severe as to actually kill the Club but the transgressor is in no way affected.

We would be relegated for sure. We'll have an attendence of around 16,000 and no players of championship quality. Last season was all about sticking it to the EFL but next season on -15 points, it will be down to the new owner. No group of players will put in 100% every week when it's the owners fault and the fans will throw the towel in also.
But the "bring Mike Ashley in" brigade don't see it.
15 points deduction next season will mean League Two the following season.
would almost prefer league 2 next season but with a clean start.

would love to contribute to a crowd funded reward

the problem is, I doubt there is an "accepting -15".
It's either Golden Share and out of Admin, or out of business. Not sure where the idea that we can land somewhere in between came from.
The EFL insolvency rules require 25% to preferred creditors (HMRC) or 35% over 3 years. If you fail to exit admin in that way it is -15
