If we go on a cup run, it might help us survive as a club. It'll be difficult because Rooney will definitely rest a lot of players and the ones who come in won't have been playing regularly or have played together as a team before. And our first team needs to continue to improve. Rather than resting, they need to practise converting play into goals.
