Nobody is buying us, in the state we’re in, to “make a fast buck”. You’re either thinking about making money in the long term, or you just genuinely want to own a football club.  Obviously it’s yet to be seen which camp Kirchner is in etc.

For crying out loud stop being nagtive he is doing it because he wants make us successful again. With rooney at the wheel.

He has said there will be a conclusion to the process on Monday. Great news. Here's to the future. ??

Conclusion could mean its 50/50, if Mel doesn't drop the price, I would of liked to hear him say, we are confident that a deal will be struck on Mon....

What bit of that isn’t 100% accurate? Apart from the speculation that he will bail out of actually buying a club at the 11 th hour. ??. He’s a chancer, and come Monday he will be blaming MM and/or the EFL for yet another attempt at buying a football club going wrong.

One or two things a bit off. Why would he do this just to bail out? He’s already spent loads of money on it just to throw it away? Out for a fast buck? There’s not fast bucks in football, it’s more likely to drain away your millions than make you more.

He ddin't say how things wil be concluded. He could pull out again. But he does say a deal is close and all other parties seem confident (apart from last week's EFL statement as usual) .   So provided CK and the EFL do their bit , Monday should be a good news day.

To be honest I would choke on my breakfast at the prospect of either Morris or Gibson getting a penny out of this. Two vain greedy old men.

Not forgetting all this is with the help of a 3rd party...EFL, Vardy believes she has a case against Rooney so takes her to court, Gibson believed he had a case against DCFC/MM so why didn't he take us to court?, He would in all probability have lost, All 3 party's in this case have come out smelling of $hit...it aint my loot so who gives a duck.

So do we think that Morris put the price for the stadium up by £3m after he agreed to pay Pube-Head's blackmail money?

At least we now know that Gibson has indeed been threatening the survival of DCFC and deserved all of the criticism he received from DCFC fans and others for his actions. And that, far from stepping in to break the deadlock for the benefit of the club, Morris simply got Gibson off his back and created a different obstacle to a takeover.

Damn the pair of them.

Who are Boro going to claim off for this season? Paying them a penny or more shows complete opportunism on Gibson’s behalf with the EFL complicit in aiding and abetting them. There is no chance this claim would have held up in court hence why they never tried to take it further than a spurious vague claim. Football is broken and corrupt. Money, money, money. The only consolation is that it is Morris’ money and not ours.

Listening to the Wagatha Christie podcasts (sad I know), it sounds like they did try to reach an out of court settlement but failed. We’ll never know if the Boro case had gone to court if we’d won but I think we can be fairly certain it would probably have delayed exiting administration even longer.
