  1. Colin Kazim-Richards spotted at Derby County ahead of transfer deadline - Derby County News
  2. How do you know there isn't one there already?
  3. Agreed I would blood some youngsters, that said Warne must achieve top 3 maybe 4 to show enough improvement. I think if we fail to make the POs, he's toast. That may be the reason he is reluctant to blood youngsters...........
  4. I flagged this and got slated by the Kirchner blind faithers. I was even accused of potentially be the cause of anyone who may comit suicide. It was obvious from the off something wasnt right, yet he duped the EFL and Quantuma..... Thank god he didn't pull it off....
  5. Fingers crossed he signs a new contract!
  6. Who cares as long as we have him until at least the end of the season! 🤣
  7. Exactly this, take the option on the year or better still offer him a new contract, keep him till the end of the season and sell him in the summer window if he wants to go. He will be a Championship player then (Hopefully) and worth more than he is in League 1. Try for a cheeky loan back for a year deal. Let Brighton and Fester part take in a Dutch Auction for him!
  8. Where is that reported? I can't find it and hope you are right, if he does go it should include a free loan back till the end of the season for sure.
  9. £3m for a player who is available on a free in the summer? I think we will be very lucky to see £1.5 - £2m.
  10. Devastating news, RIP B4, as your pain slips away, your family and friends begins. My thoughts are with everyone close to him....
  11. 100% on the money. Club is worth £30m, Clowes was generous to save us, none of the other party's were offering more at the time he bought. With regards to the sale of the club or additional investment its a matter for DC himself to consider....
  12. He took us to Wembley, think he would do it again.....
  13. He said tge same about Waggy, but signed him anyway...
  14. It was humour.... I agree with most of what you say. Wash and Bradley are woeful in my opinion. I think you can expect errors at this level though. The problem is the style of the football. Stevie Mac would do something with his squad, deffo missing a decent striker, not sure why that was not addressed though, don't hit the onion bag, you don't win games, its simple...
  15. He will sell Cashin, only 6 months left on his contract come Jan. I suspect nowhere near the £4m that Brighton were offering, although Birmingham are now interested, that is if Wazza lasts to January... So that could push the price up a bit.
  16. You could well be right, that decision though is DCs. You should never hope your team lose, as pleased as I was on Tues with the win, I knew we would return to watching the dire crap he's been serving up. Apart from the first 15 mins in the second half, that has to be one of the poorest performances under his stewardship yesterday. Its time he showed some minerals, realise the players do not want him, he clearly struggles to motivate them. Time he resigned and walked away with a modest pay off rather than 2 1/2 years of his contract.
  17. Does that mean they are poor? Just asking for a friend....
  18. One poor decision, he's a rookie owner, the appointment of managers is the most difficult decision the owner makes, its the most critical one too! How many slated the appointment at the time, your not going to get a top rate manager at this level, its most unlikely...
  19. I think everything considered, we should think how lucky we are to have a great owner, who paid about £15 - 20m over the odds for the club. Had he of not done so we would of ended up a pheonix club possibly with Mike Ashley at the helm. We also need to realise this is a very different business model to running a construction company. Many owners just chase the dream, look where that nearly got us. DC is running the club with his head, not his heart, in a sustainable fashion, we are still only 5 points off the play-offs with games in hand, which maybe why he's keeping faith in Warne 'for now'. Does Warnes appointment look a poor decision, particularly with the length if the contract, yes it does, o many fans 15 months ago raised this? DC is a rookie owner and he's not going to get every decision right, his first big one, he's got wrong, he will reevaluate and work away through, rather than throw endless 💰 at this. Just a thought, but, DC may have set milestones and a get out clause in Warnes contract, such as if we are X amount off points off the play-offs at Xmas he gets sacked no pay off or lesser pay off. We just don't know, so let keep faith in DC, who will ensure we have a club to support rather than gambling everything in the reckless way MM did!
  20. Why does DC have to explain himself to you? He runs DCFC professionally without the MM circus. It appears for now he's decided to stick with Warne, he doesn't have to explain his rationale to you, I or any other fan! Do you really think if he could not afford to sack Warne he would say it publicly as is being suggested? Of course he wouldn't! Exactly 100% on the money! I agree, but, we do not know he can't afford to, his contract could still be paid over the length of it, not necessarily all in one go too!
  21. If you make a bad business decision, you reverse it. If he sacks Warne he can pay it over the length of the contract, effectively placing him on Gardening Leave....
