Delighted if so - my gut feeling is that both these parasite chairmen have had plenty to say about MM and maybe he is ready to test their comments in court

yet if the parasites win how could it be a football creditor reason as MM doesn’t own a football club he just rents out a stadium? and is willing to take them on?

i can see them refusing or trying to use an EFL rule to put obstacles up.

Wow. Speechless.

Over to you EFL, Boro and Wycombe. Let us go and challenge this in the high court personally against Mel.

If you don’t accept, why not?

This will prove what their intentions were all along… if they just choose to reject Mel’s offer then we have no way out.

It's VERY critical of the EFL. That's for sure. But the most important bit, for now, is the last paragraph.

Mel vs. Middlesbrough and Wycombe in the High Court.

Not DCFC, Mel.

He's finally doing something right. Let's not hail him as a hero mind.

Yeah, he's cleaning up his own mess here. Fair play, it might dig us out a hole but he put us there. He isn't a saviour.

...and if the claims are thrown out, and it being shown that they were the impediments to Q naming a preferred bidder, can Q or  DCFC (or us fans) pursue EFL, MFC, WW for damages because of the desperate transfer window sales actions we were forced to take through not having the non-refundable £5m PB deposit, to ensure funding for the season.

If Mel wins, the parasites and EFL need taking to the cleaners.

Livid we were not at this stage weeks ago!
