Guaranteed starter in a winning side for at least the next 3 or 4 weeks, with good odds for another promotion on his CV. And I bet we can pay him a good wage too. It's imperative that with his movement to drag defenders away we must play someone like Bird just behind him, making late runs as Laurent does for that first goal. Assuming it's a deal until the end of the season, any longer than that and we risk being stuck with another aging, expensive striker. He’ll bring some know how, experience and technical ability, I doubt he will have the legs for chasing around, or for a full 90 mins so that will have to be managed.
