Clowes won't get rid the results haven't been bad enough for that

The standard in league one is that bad it’s highly unlikely we’ll ever lose five in a row. The bottom half teams are dreadful.  You can play poorly and beat them at home.

Struggled with warne when I thought we were just treading water and not improving. Is pretty clear we’re going backwards this season now. Needs to go.

Think anything in what clowes will or won’t do is just a guess at this point. He changed rosenior when unexpected. Other than that is nothing to base the opinion on.

I think he'll resign over the next few days.

Not if it means giving up the compo he'd be due. That's probably the only reason he's still here.

The money to firstly get him from Rovrum, plus the amount to get rid now, and Clowes is probably looking at a £2mil mistake.

The best we could hope for would be "mutual agreement" where he takes less, to hopefully get himself back in the game sooner.

I wouldn’t be amazed (surprised, but not amazed)  if he were sacked but I’d be shocked if he resigned. “By mutual consent” could, I guess, be construed as resigning but it’s really a sacking.

He effectively sacked Rosenoir for not having enough experience. Looks a poor decision

Clowes said he "had a duty of care" to not keep Rosenior at Derby, Well he'd better use that "duty of care" on Warne, Attendances will be going down imo, There's 2 things that Clowes is, One he is a Derby supporter and what he's seeing I would guess he's not happy about, 2 he's a businessman, Will he cut his cloth accordingly and take that hit, Or is he prepared to see DCFC languish mid table under a Manager he set on on a 4 year contract.

I was duped by PW coming here, I wasn't enamoured by his football tho, Am I glad I didn't spunk £300 on a Season Ticket.

Ahem,

I thought I made it explicitly clear that this was the DEFINITIVE Warne out thread, so definitive in fact it’s Warne Out Out, which means ‘proper out!’

I notice some fly-by-nights have come along with crowdfunding concepts and a couple of others talking about straws that have broken camel’s backs…That happened a month ago when Warne was talking about how worried he was by the midfield of mighty…Cheltenham!

So, please can I direct all anti-Warne traffic back to its definitive thread.

Thank you.

😎

PS, I’m not being serious, before someone misreads my ‘humour’

PPS, or am I 🤔

Didn’t Warne state that he’d walk if the fans turned against him? Perhaps we’ll see if he’s a man of his word….

Warne also said that he wanted to create a team the fans find exciting, that go out to try and win every match. I'm starting to think that what he says and reality are two very different things.

I don’t doubt that he wants to create that sort of team - unfortunately it seems he’s completely incapable of doing it….

For the first time in my 15 or so years of going, if my ticket was up for renewal tomorrow I highly doubt I would bother. I am dreading Tuesday. Have gone from planning holidays around home games to not caring a jot if I organise something in place of a game and let some other poor sod have my ticket.

It isn’t supposed to be like this. Get him gone - I doubt I’m alone.

As far as I can see Clowes has made three shocking decisions since taking over. He turfed Rosenior out, he employed Warne and his team and Warne is still here.

Why was employing Warne a shocking decision? He had 3 promotions from this division on his cv?

Why was turfing Rosenior out a shocking decision? He had us sat 7th place and playing football that was boring alot of the fans.

Should never say..."we were not physical enough" or "we have a soft underbelly", That's as bad as saying "some players have had their heads turned" this is where some players down tools, Then fans will be looking at those players if known and will be criticising every tackle challenge.

He's gonna have another atrocious Sunday 👍

What is that decision looking like now is the point.

I'm already at that point and I hate it - Never in my time of supporting the Rams have I felt this way.

I made my mind up after the Cambridge game and haven't been since. I will go Tuesday but only if we have a new manager in place.
