There is the consideration to other clubs now for the EFL. Clubs will have set budgets and released players based upon relegation which could be overturned in the event of Derby not being able to prove their ability to start and complete the season.

The EFL are right now my biggest concern

Nonsense. Everyone who has been relegated will stay relegated.

So this latest catastrophe leaves us on the precipice:

We need cash to pay the June wages and fund the operational costs going forward, do we currently have it?

The manager could potentially walk, the Number 2 looks set to leave for Blackpool.

Preseason starts in 2 weeks, we have 5 players in contract and can’t sign anybody

We could possibly face -18 point deduction next season (3 for non payment of wages)

CKs bluster and time wasting could be the final nail in the coffin. Time for patience and platitudes need to end, we are seriously running out of time.

Sensible enough and probably the only position the EFL could take. Anything else and on the one hand letting us in with no idea if we could complete the season would be concerning to all involved, starting on noises we won't be in the fixtures at all would be a death knell for any rescue.

Not sure about that, he's not out of the race yet, there's just other runners being allowed to join the race too.

He may still be in the race (although I suspect we’ll never hear from him again) but he’s failed to complete the course despite having a massive head start on the other runners and it’s difficult to see how he’d manage to complete it now.

You just have to look at MAs business model at sports direct. Buy cheap stock en masses and knock it out cheap to desperate punters.

He knows that DCFC fans will still throw money at the club regardless, he just wants to pick us up cheap, bare minimum investment and take our cash at the turnstiles so to speak

We are a dodgy pair of trainers

Nike analogy.

Can anyone hold Quantuma to account for this? The way they’ve handled our administration should mean they have their license to administrate removed, presuming there is such a thing. They’ve proven to be entirely incompetent at their jobs, and potentially even dodgy as well, with some of the stories about ignoring certain bidders. In it for lining their own pockets, nothing more.

That statement is a joke as well. Why is Kirchner even still allowed to be in the running. A deadline is a deadline. Not that a Quantuma have ever seemed to understand that. Get rid of that joker and talk to the guys with real money.

Had enough of the saga now, off to Greece for some ?.

Kirchner has a plane at his disposal,if you tweet him nice he might fly you out, save all this faffing at the airport.
