Bloke with international logistics company, passes proof of funds for both The ELF and Quantuma, comes to games, is all over Twitter, signs the docs, says he's sent the funding. Then BIG SWEET FAT NOTHING. It's almost as strange as it is infuriating. I just don't get it. Have we got to think it won't happen before it does?
