First of all my job is driving for DPD and believe me I hate it.  My dream job would be a Radio DJ like Twiggy, Sally Pepper at Radio Derby and the likes of Sara Cox, Ken Bruce, Simon Mayo, Chris Evans etc to me it doesn't sound like work. I listen to the radio a lot whilst driving and they all seemed as though there having a lot of fun.

Dream job = no job.

I think that almost anything would become mundane if you had to spend 40 hours a week doing it. Maybe some radio DJs do actually really like their jobs, but I feel that the chummy "banter" that goes on in the studio often sounds forced and not at all genuine. Also, being required to play the absolute guff that my audience of philistines wanted to hear would anger me greatly. The audience engagement too, I don't think I could read Jeff from Belper's tweet about a town bypass without falling asleep.

I'd prefer no job, so it would have to be something that required me to do absolutely nothing where nobody would care about my lack of results. Probably a position in the civil service.

Very predictable.  I worked in the civil service for a fair while and the amount of work and review of said work was very particular and very stressful.  If your asking someone to pay large amounts of money, they're often not very keen, so you really need to know your s*** and have to bat off solicitors, accountants and MP's who now diddly on an hourly basis.

Being a porn star was fun but hard work (pun intended). 😀

Seriously though, I’d like to travel more, especially to some of the more obscure places, and I enjoy photography (not being especially good at it - like my time as a porn star 😀 - is a bit of a handicap though). So, something that combines the two would have been good.

Unfortunately,  in Sally Pepper's case that's true. They've just made her redundant.

Madness.

I would love to have trained as a dancer. Nothing special, just in a stage show.

I'd have been retired 30 years now instead of two!
