All CK would need to do is pull up and show the transaction hashes of when he sold the crypto and then the transaction hashes of when he then converted crypto into cash, and then the hash from when he deposited that USD into a bank account. So, the holdup is on the clearing house confirming all of this. Nothing CK can do but wait for the money to clear. Once it does the sale is essentially complete.
