hintonsboots
Arthur Arthur give us a wave...... he usually did as well. Great manager, barking orders, Sargent Major style from the sidelines. Mucker1884
Proper Legend. ...And I say that, having missed an unhealthy portion of his reign (Single parent/young growing family/crap wages/findus crispy pancakes etc). Just wish I'd witnessed a lot more in person. ? Happy Birthday, sir. Ellafella and I know nothing 1

Jayram
Without question the best manager of my Rams supporting lifetime. Made me so proud to be a Derby County fan, especially after the chaos of the early 80’s. Happy birthday to a genuine DCFC legend. Gritstone Ram
Great times we challenged at the top of league. We had some good players too. Ellafella

LeedsCityRam
Fantastic manager for us. Still no idea why he swapped newly promoted Division 1 Newcastle for newly relegated Division 3 Derby but very glad he did. If only he'd been given Lionel's money whilst we were still Division One in 89/90, we could've been looking at trophies in the very early 90s. He was promised a longer contract on promotion that wasn't too quick in appearing. Ellafella and LeedsCityRam 1
LazloW
I am now older than Arthur Cox was when he took over at Derby... which is [expletive deleted] depressing (particularly as I always thought of him as an old man even then!). Great manager, great times. Sigh. Ellafella

Me too when my dad left and I was basically working from 12 to help my mum with a mortgage he kindly signed up for just prior to heading off. Only the minced beef ones though, not keen on those cheese and bacon ones they brought out later. Ellafella and uttoxram75
