Personally I would because he’s in his last year of his deal and on big money but sends a weird message selling after making him captain. Probably because all the decent triallists will want more than 4.5k a week so we have signed the only one's willing to accept that type of wage. The club have just completely messed them around. The lack of respect this club is showing to everyone is disgusting. roboto Posted August 6, 2021 Share Posted August 6, 2021 Right. I’ve had time to let the disappointment sink in (we’re all used to it now). My positive spin to get us through the weekend… you don’t have to agree. Weve signed some players to fill out the first team for the first fixtures. A couple of experienced CBs and a goalie who is decent enough back up. The transfer window is still open for the rest of the month and we have to get this embargo stuff sorted in the next week or 2. Once that is done we are hopefully able to sign more players with less/no restrictions. These signings aren’t the end of our transfer window, there is still time to add more quality (which we desperately need) in time for the window closing.
