Bloody annoying voice though - and they’ll need to send a search party for him after the game if he gets his head any further up Gareth Bale’s bum..... After looking at available managers, are these some more realistic managers we could go for?: Alex Neil Derek McInnes Tony Pulis Kenny Jackett Neil Harris Steve McClaren Garry Monk anyone else? That list is grim. Chris_Martin

desirelines
I remember Ryan Lowe getting plenty of praise as a young manager who favours attacking, high press tactics. Then I just saw Plymouth got pumped 6-0 last night. Maybe not ? Ibby

ram1964
Mac 3 the most realistic option ,didn't want him back the 2nd time but probably the best quality coach we are ever likely to get in the present circumstance. Can't imagine anyone of calibre coming within 30 miles of the club with our managerial record and if Mac was to take over he is in a better position than anyone to be aware of all the issues both in and off the pitch. kash_a_ram_a_ding_dong and DCFC Kicks
BramcoteRam84
Wilder is the stand out candidate. Alex Neil would be good, as would Mark Robins. Grant McCann has done a good job at Hull. Abroad options could be Oscar Garcia or David Wagner (I’m assuming we stay in the championship here) Left field - with the number of players out of contract - would this be the right time for Nigel Pearson?
