I understand the decision, though, he needs to be getting games at his age, and he's not getting them at Sheffield United. Doubly disappointing when it's a Derby fan no less. Obviously, I'm not a professional footballer but I'd take pretty much anything over going and playing there.
Steve Buckley’s Dog
If he plays on Saturday just pop a cross from the left wing over to the far post and pop it in whilst he is doing his usual trick of standing watching. Job done. JuanFloEvraTheCocu'sNesta

Carl Sagan
Signed for them now. I think eligible for Saturday. Boo him to high heaven if he plays. Make him nervous and awkward. No room for sentiment. The Pride Park crowd need to be the 12th man to help try to win the game. https://www.nottinghampost.com/sport/football/transfer-news/breaking-nottingham-forest-transfers-lowe-5838143
Bald Eagle's Barmy Army
Nothing but respect for Max. Came from a town next to where I live, a very down to earth guy with lovely parents. He would have stayed at Derby for all of his career given the chance so we should only show him respect and nothing else. There's no reason we shouldn't clap him tomorrow and let him know he was one of our own. angieram and Indyram

ThePrisoner
Does booing the poo out of him give him more confidence to succeed as Forest and against us? Maybe if we all cheer him and cover him in applause and praise, he won't know what to do, it'll catch him off guard and therefore contribute to the Gumps loss? As @ThePrisonersaid below. I get what your saying @DarkFruitsRam7but we know what ex-players normally do to us. Reverse psychology and we'll have his head in a spin ? chewbacca
Meh, think he's pretty bang average player, be more than happy to see him line up against us tomorrow, hope we can catch him trying to defend the box with his head. Gisby

Kernow
You can tell it's a fake smile. No player would ever genuinely look that happy to sign for them lot. Turnstile and StockholmRam 1

When he scores an own goal, we can sing ‘he’s one of our own.’ That should make him feel better. archram

Carl Sagan
Max had vowed that although he'd signed for the Gumps, he would never score a goal for them. That would be gong way too far. Then this happens. No wonder he didn't celebrate... Potentially it looks as if Steve Cooper is a lucky manager.
