I agree. The bike is expensive but they do interest free payments. I was sceptical and took a while to decide whether to get one. While awaiting delivery, I really did wonder if I had done the right thing. However 8 months on I can honestly say it is probably my best ever purchase. I don't even think about the installments. The monthly subscription is no more than a gym membership and 4 people can use it. So much more than just cycling as well. Weights, core, yoga, walking and running on the app and more. I haven't changed my diet or drinking habits. But I have lost 8KG and feel great. I personally love it, so addictive.
I've got into the habit of wattbiking when listerning to the match. I don't go hard but it is somehow comforting that I can out myself in bigger a world of pain than the football can if needed. Different stats but the same sort of idea. People don't appreciate what sort of zone you can ride yourself into. It was nicer to get out on the bike, but you can't listern to or watch the game, and can be dangerous. I used to be able to bang out 100 mile rides until a few years ago when I had a coming together with a car. I

If your entire model was based on selling in a seller's market, that doesn't deserve special ffp changes, does it now.
I'm pretty sure a professor said that player amortisation values are only based on their worth playing for the club not on their resale value in the LAP finding us guilty. They should only be able to claim a Covid related writedown if they catch Covid and can't play. I'll be quoting this at Rick when he agree to everyones transfer losses as Covid related, and suggest if he allows it it will undermine the LAP findings against us.

Surely both clubs accusing us of systemic cheating breaches this? In fact, didn’t Couhig in one of his tweets say every Derby fan was part of this cheating??
I emailed Rick about just this question over two weeks ago and haven't had a response. I send a reminder the other day and copied Margret Beckett in.

Does anyone else feel like we're ducked? There's too much mess to unwrangle and too much crap going around.
At least if we do there is a middle finger to both Mel and Gibson.
I think we're done unless someone backs down or steps up. Those responsible won't be forgotten.

This just shows the ducking us arround with our ability to offer contracts is a far bigger punishment than the points, and it doesn't get decided by a DC the EFL just seems apply their rules in whatever fashion they decide. In our case the didn't like the DC's judgement so decided to duck us.

I feel dirty, I just thought how funny it would be if Notts Forest pipped Middlesbrough to the last playoff spot.
I would spend the summer writing to Mr Gibson pointing out how ironic it was that he spent the season in a vendetta against Mel Morris and Derby about trangressions which were so 2019 when he was being mugged by this years FFP dodge selling players between your own clubs.

Nice view of the Bielik goal from the Birmingham end.

Easiest one yet.
True, I thought his career looked funny but there's not manyplayers with a record like him. Hopefully this one is more challenging

I've just check the trains and all the Skipton Leeds tains are out right now due to the wind, fingers crossed they are back on by tomorrow morning, otherwise it's over an hour on the bus to get to Leeds to catch the Derby train.

Wycombe are owed nothing, no apology
Actually I think Wycombe are owed an appology, by the EFL for persisting with the duel fixture farce after the the DC gave us until after the season had started to restate our accounts. It's clear the EFL were desperate to relegate us and launched the duel fixtures to put pressure on the DC, but thankfully the DC had a mind of their own.

Almost like it is just there to serve the elite clubs...
They used the "it's the best system for getting good England players" line to get the system in place. There is a simple solution to this, put alimit on the number of players a team can loan out each season, say 5. This will stop the big club hoovering up all the youngsters, to just loan them out and sell them on.

My mums just called me she's been talking to someone at the club, appologies if any of what was said gets lost in the chain. I hope shes taken it the wrong way but from what she says it's bad, expect depatures.
As we cannot offer a contract they are looking at getting rid of anyone out of contract, this goes right down the age chain to good 15-16 year olds. Most of them don't want to go, but there are a few kid who look at Kaide Gordan and think they can play for a top team next year who do want to go. It has caused massive damage to the youth production line with key staff having been forced to leave and us being unable to retain promising kids.
On the bright side he said Bielik looks utterly magnificant in training.
Thanks mum, my mood has gone from meh that a crap update to enraged+1. The EFL have decided the the punishment from the DC, whose job it is to decide punishments, was far too light and have deliberately used their embargo rules to duck us over.
