I would like to see some examples of this?

I've had a look there are comments like this

"I hope I’m wrong but this therefore seems like a very deliberate tactic designed to leverage. The case has little legal merit and the chances of getting any real money even if we’re successful seems slim leading as it would to an administration.

Maximum leverage at the most vulnerable time. Not the way I would really like our football club to behave."

Which if faily supportive but the response was

"Adi - I suggest you ask Steve Gibson about the (recent) Derby tactics towards the football club and himself. It might shine a very different light on it for you.
(I don't think I am able to post it on here)."

It seems he has a recent gripe ( against the admins?), but isn't making it public. Sounds like spiteful ******** to keep his own fans onside.

Thanks for sharing the rules. The last paragraph is clear. What confuses me is terms like "solely" and "based in". They imply that people on holiday cannot use it either, because they are not "solely" living abroad.

I suspect thier main check is a country check against your IP adress, different area's have different rules for screening. They are probably just warning you that you can get the suncription but if they detect your are not in an area that can show the game you won't get it. You can get monthly subscription which is cheaper or game by game, if you were on your hols you would be getting game by game rather than subscription.

presume that it is against the rules to pretend to be overseas?

Personally, I like to follow the rules!

I know that it is not allowed to discuss how to find illegal streams, etc.

I think that it is within the forum rules to ask if anyone knows anyone who breaks the rules (not how they break the rules)!

I want to get a sense of whether it is a few tech nerds, or if it is widespread

    From the terms and conditions

If you're purchasing a RamsTV subscription, please note the following terms & conditions.

    1. The Use of RamsTV

1.1 Each supporter is solely resident in the correct territory for the chosen subscription package. Any changes to the territory in which the supporter is located may affect availability of certain content, particularly the live video content.

1.1.2 The use of location-blocking software such as VPNs, or changing an IP address to view the website from a different country is strictly forbidden. Derby County reserves the right to suspend the account of any supporter that we believe to be using one of the previously stated means of location-altering without a refund.

Because they submitted their yearly accounts into the EFL and we didn't submit any for 2 - 3 years, we don't know what was discovered if anything after the administrators submitted the outstanding accounts. Did MM have something to hide?

I've come to think the lack of accounts was to hide the fact he was unable/unwilling to support the club anymore from us.

We should and will pay the HMRC what we owe them. Payment terms will obviously be negotiated, but we shouldn't be allowed to spend money on transfers until that debt is settled. It goes without saying IMO. I don't want the prospective owners or administrators to try and shy away from paying, what is essence public money, because we've been ran by a clown.

My problem with this is that every club that has previously gone into admin has paid HMRC a fraction of what they owe, in Leeds case about 8%. If HMRC decided they want 100% in future from fooballl clubs in can decide that, but I will be furious if they demanded 100 % from us to teach football a lesson and then settled for less in future.
