Isn't the whole point of being in administration that it's a neutral third party making the decision making to get the best deal for creditors? There is no 'Derby' to have a row with at the moment, just Quantuma, who clearly have decided that the best way to get a deal which serves the creditors best is to not have a fire sale, and complete the purchase of the club.

This is like someone having a cry about the kind of scrubs their surgeon is wearing. Mate, they're the experts, not you.

Exactly. The admin team has a duty to the creditors to get the best deal. What if they had accepted Kirchner's bid which may have been the first but wasn't the best?

EFL dont listen to experts though do they?! Cant imagine this is Gibson though as a lower price will mean less for "creditors" wont it? They're all really muck-raking and stirring aren't they this week. Muppets

I’ve always fell on the side that the EFL are more incompetent at governing the league than having personal agendas against clubs.

This is the final straw for me, I’m truly convinced there are individuals at work in that organisation who are actively trying to see the club cease to exist. There are simply too many events surrounding this to believe otherwise.

Or someone crying about amortisation methods that have passed audit and been cleared by a panel with accountancy expertise. They’re the experts, not the EFL.

Oh. Wait a sec …

It's not true.

The quote says:

"You then have to pay all of what’s referred to as the preferential creditors in full – so that will be any people that have outstanding loans, which is secured as mortgages, that has to be linked to MSD Holdings and also HMRC".

And that doesn't even make sense, and isn't true at all.
