I think it's clear that @Unlucky Alf is no BS/ITK merchant and his posts hold integrity.

I too thought Morgan would've been a decent option/owner. Has a decent business touch in more than just football and Property development. I think he also owns several golf resorts.

I don't doubt his integrity, but I am under the impression that Alf is now in his 70's. That's the kind of age that when the crotch of your trousers is wet you are looking out through the window to see if it is raining.

Rough reading.

Other clubs are pushing for us to be liquidated, according to Nixon.

It would be great to get some names.

The football family. All looking out for one another.

When we survive, screw all the other clubs, it’s siege mentality!! It’s war!!!

Simple but glaringly true , what has it to do with the fans who hand over they’re money hand over fist in good faith and we’re lied to over the running and state of the club?

what has it to do with the staff and players busting a gut for the club?

the club were used , shafted and spat out , left to wither and die with the same disregard as the creditors,

this will happen time and time again as it has in the past until regulations and culpability rules are changed ,

nothing wierd in the truth

What you have got to ask yourself Archied is how did the situation come to happen? How was MM allowed to do what he did? Obviously the fans are not to blame, nor the players, but it begs the question what were the governance structures in place within the club? What was the financial protocol? That is where the club is to blame I am afraid to say and changes undoubtedly will need to be made internally to prevent such reckless behaviour happening again......that's the truth.....

What a load of crap (not shooting the messenger by the way @RoyMac5

I wonder how many clubs he has spoken to and why is Birch cancelling the meeting just because it’s been leaked? Is it not important now we know about it? If it’s been cancelled then I’m sure it’s for another reason (maybe the money will arrive today after all, maybe the people he needs to meet won’t actually be in Derby as was suggested by another poster - sorry I can’t remember who questioned it). Is he worried that we’ll all descend on PP and protest?

Thanks for that. The 35% relates to a relatively small proportion of the debt, seeing the other figures are separate. £55m for the lot seems high for a L1 club but the fan base, quite modern stadium capable of expansion, and overall potential could make it a good investment to try and grow the capital. We'll see...

It's also worth noting a significant amount of the Transfer Fees is reliant upon us getting promotion to the PL within the period Bielik is contracted to us (2 years left on his contract). We either get to the point where we don't have to pay it, or we've just had a very enjoyable 2 seasons and have a big wedge of cash to cover those costs.

Hopefully Birch has been told to do one.

He asked for a police escort and Derbyshire constabulary laughed?

He was going to demand they accept Mike Ashley as preferred bidder until he was reminded that would be improper?

The person on the front desk said "sorry,no one is available. Diary is full all week. No, no I don't think we can fit you in. Oh that Rick parry, well,I don't want to repeat it but not being in the building was part of what was said"

Also wasn’t there something about Jozwiak fee not being a football creditor as that only applies to UK transfers? We did pay a big wedge for The Bielik fee in January but missed the Jozwiak payment shortly after.

If the club fails, Birch & Co should find EFL HQ log-jammed with DCFC fans called for the EFL board to resign

Whichever way this ends, I sincerely hope RamsTrust prioritise getting a full and public inquiry into the EFL's actions over the past 7 years and Quantuma's actions over the duration of our administration period.

Yes, I previously raised that as a query but there hasn't been any official confirmation. I imagine we'll have to pay the full amount as we'd end up with FIFA transfer bans and whatnot if we didn't (we would have heard about it).

And, by shear coincidence, the golf tournament that he was watching in the UK has finished.

Cynic! ?

When CK exchanged contracts and there was a completion date set I didn't doubt it would happen.

Now Plan B is about to operate I can't doubt that either.

I'll be happy for the Club to have a new owner is all. #COYR

Probably how we've engineered a situation where we've got no players, have been relegated, on the cusp of going out of business. You can see their point, they've all been hard done by and we've been shown such favouritism.

How exactly does it effect anyone else at the moment? Yep the "football family" going strong
