There's plans to build houses on the Chad side of Acorn Way. Locko estates want a piece of the action and want to double the rent or they'll evict DCFC and cash in on the housing boom.

Erewash Borough Council, in which the Locko Estate lies, has it's Headquarters in Long Eaton which has a Nottinghamshire postcode. The Red Dog filth are apparently prepared to listen to a plan to build affordable housing on Moor Farm.

That's going to be very interesting then, considering that it's just a few short years ago that EBC blocked Morris' plan to further develop the Training Ground on the basis of overdevelopment in the green belt ?

I mean, how much of their personal wealth are Red Dog councillors willing to forfeit when they're prosecuted for Malfeasance In Office?

PS: Is this in addition to Mike Ashley's injunction?

Where have you heard that from Charlie ?

Moor Farm isn't even on Acorn Way & anyway, there's plenty of other land on the Locko side of Acorn Way that is just fields

Pure speculation, confirmed rumour or fact? Please confirm which so I can determine how many ? to give?

At the start of the administration process, many moons ago … The land owners of Moor Farm, a local family believed to be the owners of Locko Park. Said that the long lease on the land with DCFC was not a problem and they were happy to continue with it.

Why all of a sudden does this appear to have changed and where has this rumour/information come from?

How much money have Quantuma cost the club because of their inability to oversea a takeover, due to players leaving on free transfers, because we couldn’t/can’t offer contract renewals ?

You moan about Q but who put us in this mess and who appointed Q as administrators?

If that's true, and I have no reason to doubt it, and the current leases become null and void because of the takeover, again I don't know if that's the case, then......

It could take months to resolve. Bu*ger.

Surely the club will have a 100 year lease on the training ground what could the problem be?

Seems it’s a sale of the club’s business not of shares in the club. So the lease needs to be transferred which needs landlord consent

Surprised you remember it.  Some of those ales have quite a kick.

And thanks for the reminder that the last parts of Stranger Things are now out.

If that's true. I cannot think of a reason why its only being considered now! That is apart from Q being utter rubbish.

It’s depends on the wording of the lease regarding administration/change of ownership. It’s pointless to speculate as we just don’t know what the lease contains.

It could even be that Q and DC are trying to negotiate a better lease rate, I would imagine that DC has access to specialised lease advice given his area of business.

It could be something completely different.?‍♂️?‍♂️?‍♂️

it is frustrating for us as we all want to see the takeover FULLY across line ???

How do you know the councillors are Red Dogs? You can view the councillors on the Erewash website. It lists their home addresses. Two live in Draycott. I can't be bothered to look them all up on social media but I would bet more than half are Derby fans.
