Jortat
Move on . No big loss . Fozzy more than capable with a young back up . Can we spend his fee on a player replacement under the business plan we are under ?
rammieib
He just kicks the ball out of play consistently. I wouldn’t have him near my team - glad he’s going.
DCFC1388
Does this mean we have abit of money to spend on imcomings
Jackal
£400,000 should be enough to get a half decent League 1 level replacement.

maydrakin
If his heart isn’t in playing for Derby, then we have to get as much cash for him as possible and get him out the door. Having a team spirit is usually the difference maker between good and great. maxjam
Yani P
As has been said with his current attitude he would be bad for the team so good that he has gone even though he has zero class..
Sheff Ram
Disappointing attitude from Buchanan. In that case auf wiedersehen Lee... Carl Sagan

bcnram
Buchanan can hardly be blamed, it is a great opportunity for him to go and work abroad. It may help him develop as a player and a person.
Carl Sagan
Interesting. A lot of managers appear to have seen something in him that I haven't. Feel he never quite had the composure, technique or football brain. Not a bad player by any means, but I always thought Max Lowe and Dylan Williams were streets ahead. We only want people at Derby who are fully committed to the cause and building something new and special. Given we've been robbed of players left, right and centre, £400k is shabby but it's better than nothing. Auf wiedersehen, Lee. Big Trav
I feel like the reason he started so many games near the end of last season was to hit the contract extension clause for the extra year because Wayne knew he wanted out

Wolfie20
Not sure if there's any relevance but the football consultant for the agency representing Buchanan is one Marco Gabbiadini
RadioactiveWaste
Oh well, good luck to him. I stayed away from the transfer forum all summer on purpose because I knew it was going to be the trail of tears. Now that it's just going to be routine coming and going I'm not remotely fussed. Sparkle
Very disappointed that he wants out especially as both him and Bird/knight have probably had the most game time out off all so them but off you go - I seriously want us to start getting real value for these youngsters - we need Forsyth to stay
Electric Ram
Let's move on he didn't want to play in league 1 moved to a different country playing at a higher level no hard feelings.I wish him the best of luck now let's some players in and rebuild and hopefully ones who are committed to the cause. Crewton
The real test will be whether we ever hear of any of these players again, but you can bet they wouldn't be trying to tear up their contracts if they'd just suffered a double-cruciate tear. Do what you like, but don't cry if not everyone wishes you bon voyage. Gee SCREAMER !!
