If it's result basis then fair enough, harsh but no grumbles, but for another bull reason which we'll never find out then wtf!!

the problem here is Mel is a Derby fan in charge of his club and he makes the big calls

mel isn't to blame, Pearson hasn't had enough time, it's these bottle players who don't give two hoots about Derby and that will take time to sort

at the moment this job is a poisoned chalice which any managed in the right mind will avoid

Best I've read so far

Speculation is dangerous and people should stick to facts.. He has been suspended as SDSR has said, could be anything.

Lets just stick to this club being an absolute joke... People are right, we are now firmly in the Leeds, Blackburn, Cardiff, Orient, Forest, Blackpool envelope.. What has happened in the Morris years should be the question.

It's a disciplinary suspension. Not due to results.

Admit it.  He couldn't handle another breakfast without sausage or bacon, snapped, gave Edith the tea-lady a tombstone through a table.  Then he ran outside, dug a shallow grave in the middle of one of the pitches with his bare hands before shouting at Tom Ince "This is where your career is" and running off over the fields to hide in Locko Park...

Note to @David this is pure speculation and cannot be taken as fact...  FACT!!!

As a season ticket holder, I trust Mel in the decisions he takes. Everyone including Pearson is accountable for results and performances. No youth no good football no wins no goals ... You can only put up with it so long. Do what you have to do Mel and hopeful a bright change will kick start the season!
