He’s brought on Toney and certain moments, but chose to bring on Watkins due to how the game was going and the weaknesses of the Dutch side. Back to back finals. First England manager to reach a major final on foreign soil. The tournament as a whole has been far from perfect, but it’s how you start, not how you finish.
