So who are the fastest players you've seen in a Derby shirt during your years watching The Rams? In recent years, Ebosele is probably the quickest I've seen, going further back, Dean Sturridge was very explosive off the mark. Older fans say Colin Todd was very quick. Wistaston Ram Posted October 13, 2023 Share Posted October 13, 2023 as a kid, I used to think Gary Micklewhite was quick, always seemed to arrive at the back post to score from crosses from the left wing, maybe my memory is playing tricks and he just had good positional sense. Being so short somehow made him look even faster because his legs were going like Roadrunner.
