Tried a credit card and it worked, debit card didnt

Just tried to renew on my phone and get an error message. Then tried to renew via laptop and get a message to say seat already occupied and I need to ring the back office. I assume that means the premium rate number between 10 and 4. Anybody have similar issues with a solution. I doubt I can ring tomorrow as have back to back meetings and no doubt phone lines will be busy?

Fairly certain Host and Stay’s sponsorship is this year only. I am guessing a new sponsor won’t be announced until we know what league we will be playing in but it will be interesting to see who the new sponsor is

Could NUFC have done anything to help out Gateshead seeing as they are neighbours? Not sure if they could have or even tried but huge respect if they did. No idea where NUFC reserves play, ironic if Gateshead. Is that season over for Brown now?

With NML struggling for form should Warne have made him captain? Don’t get me wrong I think he is a real quality player but the dip in form is a worry and whilst it extends longer than when he has been captain I do wonder if the captaincy is placing additional pressure on him. Probably too late to change things but I wonder if Nelson would have been a better choice?

With so much talk about investment and the depth of DCs pockets I question whether the club maximise the commercial opportunities at PP. Other clubs seem to hold concerts and not just at stadiums like the Etihaad, Old Trafford. I am sure the Killers played Bolton. No idea if the clubs make much money from these events and clearly the pitch may suffer but can’t recall much happening at PP. With all the nearby parking and the vicinity of the station I would have thought PP would be a decent venue. Maybe the club have tried to attract promoters but no interest or couldn’t get the numbers to work?

Trying to get my head around player valuations within intangibles. Are the accounts saying the whole squad is only worth @ £2m after allowing for payments due on certain players? I know our valuation of players was one of the things that got us into a mess but that figure seems low particularly in the context of Cashin’s “value” and what fee we have received for Bird. Or perhaps I am misunderstanding the numbers

Am trying to think back to what the football was like under Phil Brown and how it compares to now. Fairly certain it was tripe and do remember the fans really having a go at Brown and he left shortly afterwards. I know it was different divisions and all that but am sure it was worse then.

I have seen it mentioned by several people that insurance can be taken out to cover a player’s salary if he is off with an injury. Anyone know how it works and what the premium would be. Take JJ, with his history of injuries is he uninsurable or is the premium that steep that the club wouldn’t pay it? With our long list of injuries we clearly don’t have any no claims discount and I would imagine any premiums would be significant. Bored at work hence the question

Why is everyone suggesting we play SB as striker if Collo can’t play? I know he is tall but he isnt the quickest and not seen much attacking flair when he’s up for corners. That said Wanchope wasn’t the quickest from memory and was so unpredictable. Go on then, Sonny to lead the line

I too have warmed to him and boy does he run his socks off. When he went down clutching his knee and players were gesturing to the bench I thought he was done for. But he dusted himself down and made a Lazarus like recovery and was even sprinting around like a man possessed in the 95th minute. Strikes me just like Cash and Nelson and now Adams he’s one that will get stuck in. Is he out of contract in the summer?

When we went down injured last night I really did fear the worst. Am assuming he must be ok as PW never took him off and he seemed to be ok running around. Any news?
